Registration & Travel Information​

To secure your participation in this exciting trip, please submit your registration information no later than Wednesday, February 26. This will confirm your spot and ensure all necessary arrangements are made for a smooth and enjoyable journey.

Air Travel

Please also make sure to book your air travel by Wednesday, February 26. Ensure that your flights align with the event dates or your requested extended stay dates. See the Air Registration page for booking details.

Hotel Stay Extension

If you would like to extend your stay at the Scottsdale Resort and Spa by Hilton, please request the extended dates during the registration process. Please do not book flights until you have been notified that your hotel reservation can be extended. We’ll provide confirmation once the extension is approved so you can move forward with booking air travel.
